Vendor setup starts at 6:00 AM

Setup on Friday, September 20th is available by request only. Please contact Benny to let us know.

Admission to the hamfest is $5, which includes one table!

Inside tables are first come, first served, one table per vendor. Extra tables are $5 per table - Extra table fees are waived if you bring your own tables!

Outside tailgating is available - your admission includes your outside space.

While we are not going to dictate when to break down, we would appreciate it if you stay until at least noon. We have had a lot of suggestions from people that come in at 11AM and are disappointed to find vendors are already leaving.

The rear doors are for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.  There will be NO loading in or loading out via the rear doors to the facility. Please use the front door.
